You will always read about the months-long harassment campaign waged by at least three people: ron brynart, neil rauhauser and brett kimberlin, the vast majority of which was against brett kimberlin's critics. This harassment consists of repeated references to family members of critics, claims at work, publication of personal information such as home addresses and photographs of homes, false accusations of criminal activity, rumor campaigns, baseless lawsuits, and baseless complaints to the state board.
And in the end, you will learn about comparing one of these male voices with the voice of the individual who made the call, who called the police to my house. And you'll read a statement from an audio court professional comparing the two voices.
Breitbart told a story on the eve of his death
In a recent radio interview, andrew breitbart gave previous versions, in radio show hugh hewitt breitbart talked about a new ruthless tactic used by thugs against political opponents: angeles, is in swat. This means models spoofing phones, pretending to be someone else's phone, calling 911 and saying "i killed someone", and after the house the person is greeted with weapons at the ready, swat and helicopters in a terrifying action. This happened twice: once, in new jersey, once, in los angeles, with los angeles county. . . The prosecutor who is [connected] with me.”
I am the los angeles county attorney. And here in the post you will be interested in a fake call, by virtue of which the police sent a loaded weapon to my house, pointing a loaded weapon at me.
A night that gets killed because of my blog
At 00:35 on the first day of july 2011, deputies knocked on my front door and rang the doorbell . They yelled for me to open the lock and go out with my hands up.
When i opened the door, the police pointed their guns at me and ordered me to put my hands up. I had a phone in my hand. To their joy, the young ladies did not take it for a pistol.
They ordered me to turn around and put my hands behind my back. They handcuffed me. Questions were screaming at me: is there anyone else in the house? And what products are they in? And are they alive?
I told them: yes, my half and my children are in the apartment. They are on top, in their bedrooms, sleeping. Of course, they are alive.
The deputies took me down the street to a patrol car parked 2-3 houses later. At least one neighbor watched through the window as i was handcuffed into the back seat of a patrol car. I saw numerous patrol units on my own quiet street. A police helicopter flew over us, illuminating us with a searchlight as i walked towards the patrol car. Several neighbors later told us that they were woken up by a helicopter. I saw a fire truck and an ambulance. A neighbor later told me that they also had a hazmat car in the street.
Meanwhile, the police broke into this house. They woke up my wife, took her downstairs and onto the porch, searched her and asked where the children were. The police then ordered her to stand on the porch with her hands against the wall while they could go into my children's bedrooms to make sure the wallpaper was alive.
The call that sent the police to my house was a hoax . . Someone pretended to be me. They called the police to say that i had shot my wife. The sheriff's deputies who came to my door thought they were piling up to find the gunman who shot his wife the other day. I don't blame the police for any of my own actions. But i blame the person who made the call.
Because i could have been killed.
The strangest thing about it, by the way, was that i half expected it might happen. Because i wasn't the first person to do this.
I think it's time for you to hear the call that caused the police to come to my house.
"Swatting" has the ability to spoil people
What you just heard and read is no joke. This really happened. This phenomenon is called "swatting" because it can lead a swat team to your door. Swat is the most dangerous prank when the caller, usually a computer hacker, calls the police station to report a shooting at his enemy's house.The caller will route this call to the police department's service line using skype or a similar place and hiding behind an internet proxy to make the call impossible to monitor. Worried cops, believing they are reacting to an armed and dangerous gamer's home, show up at a regular door, pointing at weapons and shouting orders.
This is exactly the one that happened to me.This is an extremely dangerous prank, which kills the target.

Although i am the deputy district attorney for los angeles county, it is no secret that i got slammed because of my resource, but not because of my job. As andrew breitbart stated, this happened to 2 people in one week: a man from new jersey and me. We both had an association with andrew breitbart. We both wrote about the same story. And our specialists both received threats by e-mail a few days before we were arrested. The threat told me, in part, “please take care of your family. This story is not worth it. I assure customers that.”
Who is responsible?
So who committed this crime against me and my family?
i reported the crime to the fbi on july 1, 2011. (Obviously, the sheriff's department already knew about this, since they came to my house.) Regrettably, law enforcement did not solve the case. Worse, they didn't respond to some of the leads i gave them.
But there are indirect guarantees of a person who can be held responsible for this. In december 2011, i myself met with the nationwide swotting us at the fbi office in dallas, texas. They told me that spanking is an extreme form of harassment and that spanking usually combines spanking with other forms of harassment, including: complaining at the victim's job, slandering the victim on the world wide web, "google bombing" the victim, posting the victim's address online, registering false alarms about the victim's criminal activity, etc.
This has been happening to me and other critics of brett kimberlin since july 2011. Every day. It would literally take a book to catalog it. Incredibly, what you read in the porn post is just a member of it.
Why target me? Well, the first time i wrote about brett kimberlin was in october 2010, after i got a call from andrew breitbart. Andrew told me that his website was about to publish a post about a pet terrorist named brett kimberlin. The story seemed original, and i published a post about kimberlyn shortly after the breitbart post (written by mandy nagi, also known as liberty cheek) was published.
The next day, kimberlyn threatened to sue me instances. He said, “i've filed over 120 lawsuits and it won't be a problem for me yet. On the other hand, it costs you many hours and days and finances even for that. I asked him to point out any specific lie in this post, but he didn't receive it. I have published follow-up videos on issues such as kimberlin's alleged murderous plots to escape prison and revenge on his enemies, and examining the tax returns of his non-profit organizations. At the end of the winter of 2011, i spoke about the harassment of the intimidation tactics used by kimberlin and his business partner brad friedman on brad's blog.
It's fair to say that i became one of brett kimberlin's least favorite people in the world for a long time, actually.
Neverstable and hard pursuit of brett kimberlin's critics by kimberlin and his supporters
Beginning about when i was slammed in july 2011, the persecution, which i had already experienced from kimberlin increased several notches and other critics of kimberlin were also targeted. The bullying involved several anonymous accounts that identified themselves as supporters of kimberlin. These anonymous stalkers go by names like @occupyrebellion, @breitbartunmask, gaped crusader, and "just call me lefty".
But much of the harassment of kimberlin's critics came from the actions of three names: ron brynart, neil rauhauser and brett kimberlin.
Meet ron brynart
Ron brynart is the so-called "journalist" who by september of last year was threatening me and my wife with the meanest way:
References to my wife are completely inappropriate. She is a democrat and will annul my vote in every election. Single preference for an amateur to bring it up online is intimidation and harassment of my family.
Brynart directly linked his desire to commit violence with me to brett kimberlin's defense.On the night in which he threatened me and my wife, brynart defended kimberlyn in a long series of tweets pointing out alleged holes in the world against kimberlyn. Brynart said that i was slandering kimberlin:
One of brynart's arguments was the fact that the average witnesses against kimberlin were hypnotized. Apparently, brynart was very upset by the fact that i did not respond to this argument, and as a result he threatened to kill me:
Ron brynart was a guest blogger on the brad blog run by brad friedman. , Business partner of brett kimberlin. Bryinart has identified himself as a friend of friedman. Bryinart was editor of raw story for several years, a publication that teamed up with brad blog to produce brad friedman's radio show:
In 2008, when bryinart was editor of raw story , kimberlin has been presented as "the driving force behind raw story". (Thanks to seth allen.) Kimberlin didn't mind that characterization.
Meet neil rauhauser
Neil rauhauser is a creepy far-left activist. There is evidence of the phenomenon that, having decided to use the pseudonym "iowa boy", rauhauser engaged in aggressive rhetoric, including calling for the public hanging of republicans and the shooting of dick cheney. Rauhauser systematically talks about the anonymous hacker group and often suggests that as such, enemies open themselves to online harassment.

Kimberlin is so persistent that kimberlin (frivolously) sued allen for defamation. In a 2019 post, rauhauser published a complaint to the national bar that kimberlin filed against me and asked readers to take pictures of my wife. Rauhauser also suggested that a private detective also monitor seth allen's apartment:

Kimberlin described rauhauser as his "companion". Rauhauser wrote about working with kimberlin and meeting him individually. They appeared in court together. Rauhauser spoke about working with kimberlin's velvet revolution company as part of occupy events. In 2011, rauhauser spoke about his new job and moving to maryland, home of brett kimberlin and the velvet revolution. ”.
How brainaert, rauhauser, kimberlin and anonymous internet private objects turn kimberlin's critics into continuous harassing
Incl. On several occasions, ron brynart, neil rauhauser, brett kimberlin, and anonymous kimberlin supporters have harassed me, as well as other kimberlin critics, in a similar way, using what the fbi told me is a fly swatter strategy:
Oppression of wives and inhabitants of the house. As noted above, rauhauser asked readers for photographs of my wife. He and brynart were talking about an investigation into my wife's work as an assistant district attorney. Rauhauser and @occupyrebellion hinted that my wife played a role in impersonating fake teenagers in the anthony weiner scandal. Kimberlin supporters @occupyrebellion and @breitbartunmask have been talking about getting a photo of my wife. The gaped crusader kept mentioning my wife.
The gaped crusader wrote like neil rauhauser, spoke in yet separate headings like neil rauhauser, and at one point left a comment on my site with the same ip address as neil rauhauser used to leave a comment on another site.
Brainart said that me and my wife should be fired, well as noted above) talked about the rule that " don't give a shit about my wife.The obsession with family members has recently spread to stacey mccain, with kimberlin likely contacting stacey's wife's employer, in the process mccain left his own home. Kimberlin supporter @breitbartunmask mentioned the names of stacey's kids online. @Breitbartunmask publicly denounced my commenter, discussed the commenter's divorce records, and gave his father's name.
Home address release - the kimberlin-affiliated site occupyforaccountability.Org has released my home address. And besides google street view and rod from the top of the google mountain to this house. The gaped crusader newspaper reprinted this appeal. Donations to occupyforaccountability.Org board the kimberlin velvet revolution. The post featured what the author claimed was andrew breitbart's home address. Andrew later told me that it was actually a house owned by andrew's parents and rented out to third parties. Kimberlyn later sent me the questionnaires to the address listed on occupyforaccountability.Org and sent andrew's questionnaires to the address listed on the page for andrew. Andrew's interrogations eventually reached him, and he told me about it and gave me a copy of it.
Kimberlin unnecessarily listed aaron walker's home address on the arbitration papers. Kimberlin had a habit of putting information in court papers - information later spread by rauhauser and brynart.
Complaints at the worksite - bryinart and kimberlin filed claims against me in my office. (Rauhauser and brynart publicly talked about these complaints.) When brynart contacted me at the office, he first called the same person kimberlin had complained to, even though the specialist was no longer my boss. If brynart had just called and asked my boss a question, the office probably wouldn't have referred brynart to the person kimberlin had complained to. But if brynart asked the same person's name, he would forward the call to that person.
Kimberlyn also spoke to at least two secretaries in this office, calling me a stalker, a racist, a homophobe, and stated when he needs to get a restraining order against me. I had to explain to the secretaries that the person who called them was crowned guilty of setting off several bombs and sentenced to 50 years in federal prison, but now the user is free and is persecuting me.
Rauhauser urged people to file complaints against me, as well as anonymous supporter kimberlin @breitbartunmask. The yawning crusader reported sending packages of slanderous materials about me to candidates running for district attorneys and to my lawyers. As noted, brynart said that my wife and i should be fired. Anonymous supporter of kimberlyn @occupyrebellion constantly means i will be fired and disqualified as a lawyer.
Brynart wrote to andrew breitbart, defaming his collaborator mandy nagy (liberty cheek camera), who wrote a comprehensive article about kimberlyn in october 2010, which i mentioned earlier.
Kimberlin provided aaron walker's home and work address in the arbitration documents. The inclusion of a work address contributed to aaron's dismissal as a result of his employer's concern that he might have a convicted terrorist in his employ.
Kimberlin contacted wife stacy mccain's workplace.
Brynart contacted a man named ken ashford, seeking to get into aaron walker's real name, and threatened to send an email to every member of ashford's firm, claiming that ashford was harassing him. Brynart later contacted ashford's human resources department to complain about him.
Abuse of litigation - kimberlin filed numerous unfounded lawsuits against aaron walker and seth allen. The intricacies of court appearances are often reported by rauhauser and breinart (with a bias towards kimberlin). Clearly abusing litigation, kimberlin conducted invalid interrogations in seth allen's trial against me, aaron walker, mandy nagy, and andrew breitbart. Rauhauser and @occupyrebellion publicly mentioned the interrogations being used and asked when we were going to answer them.
When the police gave kimberlin a picture of allen from his driver's license, the picture fell into their hands. Rauhauser and brynart, who published it via the world wide web.
Kimberlin threatened to sue me immediately after i first published all of his first blog post regarding him. He told walker's attorney pro bono that he was planning a rico lawsuit against me, nadia, walker and seth allen.
Nadia naffe's civil action against me - nadia naffe filed a civil action against me. Me and my boss steve cooley, and the lawyer is jay leiderman, neil rauhauser's online buddy, who submitted a request to the defense attorney mailing list to see if some of the defense attorneys liked me. Although i have not seen the lawsuit myself, excerpts from naffe's lawsuit have been made available on the web site of self-proclaimed kimberlin supporter and friend of rauhauser, breitbartunmasked.Com. Before the lawsuit was filed, rauhauser and @breitbartunmasked urged naffe to file the same claims as in the civil suit.
Naffe has publicly stated that she plans to use her lawsuit against me to ask for ambiguities about my home's rates is a topic where rauhauser and @occupyrebellion have been hobbies in the past.According to my friend, naffe also said she planned to ask my wife and me for the real identity of the conservative blogger ace of spades. It's not something she has to care about since ace has never said a word about her in his life (although he currently does).
You know who cares about ace's personality? Supporter of brett kimberlin @breitbartunmask. He wrote entire posts about ace's personality. And before i got slammed, a person threatened me via email. That same night, this specialist threatened another person: the ace of spades.
Also, brett kimberlin used a subpoena in seth allen's lawsuit to subpoena james o'keeffe's stolen emails from naffe - despite the fact that the final decision has been made on this lawsuit.
Frankness. Ace has his own reasons for concern, as this group has a history of exposing anonymous critics. Aaron walker's identity was revealed by brett kimberlin after he received an "anonymous tip". Kimberlin also revealed the identity of seth allen. In addition to the furious harassment of ken ashford for aaron walker's real name, ron brynart also wrote a letter to yale alumni affairs officials asking for aaron's details. Within a single day of brynart's unsuccessful campaign to find out aaron's real name and whereabouts, brett kimberlin wrote to aaron demanding that aaron reveal his real identity and whereabouts. Whom they identified as my online "enemies" to complain about my alleged harassment. Brynaert recently started dating other big bloggers to smear me, aaron walker and mandy nagy. Brynaert forwarded me emails from various well-known bloggers.
Unsubstantiated words about criminal offenses. I was told that kimberlyn filed unsubstantiated claims of harassment against me through the department of war on prosecution in this office. Rauhauser urged people to report me to this same unit. Interesting that the anonymous person who had threatened me by e-mail before i was arrested mentioned the same unit. Bryinart also "consistently stated that kimberlin's critics targeted him and kimberlin. @Occupyrebellion made a similar statement.
I was told that kimberlin filed baseless criminal charges against me with the california attorney general. Rauhauser urged readers of daily kos file a complaint against me with the california attorney general's office.
Rauhauser put together a large package of defamatory material accusing me, walker, nagy and the famous of criminal activity, and also said that he sent this film to the police state of new jersey and during the fbi in baltimore he made the entire pack available in torrent form. That i received forged documents during my employment.In aid of claims by shady internet object john reed.@Occupyrebellion made the same insinuations.
Rauhauser and anonymous supporters of kimberlin claimed that i was criminally intimidating i was a witness when criticizing nadia naffe on her blog, a statement that must have surfaced in her civil suit against me. And my boss steve cooley.
Kimberlin claimed that walker attacked him in the boat building and released several allegations regarding the incident that were debunked by the videos. Kimberlin's statements were echoed by brynaert, @occupyrebellion and @breitbartunmask. Rauhauser and @occupyrebellion falsely claimed that walker was arrested for risk crime and repeatedly claimed that the player beat kimberlin. . Letter in walker's lawsuit against brynart. Brynart accused mandy nagy and me of being part of a "conspiracy" to "extort" brynart. In fact, just yesterday brynart used a threat to call the nypd to get me out of posting my post by stating that the player will go to the police after i post:
I'm waiting until some da who helped my blackmailer comes out with his lie, and then i go to the nypd.

Brynart accused me of harassment. @Occupyrebellion have repeatedly accused me, walker and nadia of actually being criminals.
Breinart, rauhauser and @occupyrebellion have implied or stated that i was not spanked, that i filed a false police report about it's a spanking, and what a visitor i really am who spanked a man in new jersey.
Unsubstantiated complaints to the state bar or threats to file a state bar complaint - kimberlin filed a frivolous state bar complaint against me, and has now filed a state bar complaint against aaron walker. Kimberlin hinted that he might file a complaint with the state bar against walker's free attorney. Brynart threatened to file a national bar complaint against aaron walker and ken ashford (a citizen who didn't want to tell brynart aaron walker's real name). Kimberlin supporter @breitbartunmasked stalked aaron on twitter and gave specific information about the driver's license aaron's seniority, which is apparently not in the public domain.
After a court appearance in which aaron tried to get a peace order against rauhauser, rauhauser emailed me and his other friends that , among other things, said, "given walker's state of mind, i'd say his wife could find him hanging in the garage this evening when she got home from work."
I got a call from rauhauser. In such an office - and left a notice on my work voice mail stating that aaron seemed to be suffering from a mental breakdown and needed help. Muslims. Rauhauser wrote taunting e-mails to aaron on the subject that muslims would probably try to kill him in view of his website "everybody draws muhammad". Kimberlin wrote to aaron's local police, ostensibly concerned that since kimberlin was "forced" (as he claimed) to sue a document that contained all of aaron's confidential information, the muslims would receive the treaty and put aaron in danger. Even as soon as aaron lost his job, one of them either organized or pretended to be a muslim group that threatened protest and diplomatic action against aaron's job until they found out that aaron had been fired.
Kimberlyn defenders took allen's court audio and posted it on youtube, showing allen's face from a photo of his driving license.
Mandy nagy endured months of harassment from the perspective of rauhauser, @occupy rebellion and others. @Occupyrebellion made fun of nagy's illnesses and individual tragedies. She told nagy that she hoped nagy would die of cancer. She claimed that nadia (the rape victim) had not been raped. She repeatedly called nadia a "cunt". And she told nagy that nagy endangered the life of her dacha.
Nadya testifies that friends told her that people called them asking questions about her, and that she saw users in all likelihood , while watching their own home in separate vehicles.
Meanwhile, @occupyrebellion and rauhauser constantly accuse nagy of "bullying" anonymous. This statement is, of course, necessary to incite anonymous accounts in an apparent attempt to get anonymous to hack nagy.

When i received the recording of my clap in july 2011, i thought i recognized the voice.
It sounded like brynart to me. Specifically, it sounded like the other was trying to mask his voice at the dawn of the bell by speaking in a monotone. After the end of the call, when the operator challenged the caller, the voice seemed to lose its disguised quality. . . And it sounded like brynart to me.
Here's the thing: brynart was talking to me on the suggested number when the police came to my house. All this the fbi in dallas also told me, come to m.O. Fly swatter.
Before that phone call, ron brynart told me he had important material for me on the anthony weiner case. Thus i spoke with whom on the phone on the night of june 30, 2011, which leads to the first hours of the morning on july 1.
And it so happened that the partner was talking to me on the phone when to my door the police approached.
Let's hear brynart's voice versus the voice of the caller:
I pressed and insisted that law enforcement conduct a forensic examination of brynart's voice and fly swatters. He is a graduate of yale and stanford and has significant audio experience. He is an expert hired by the mother of mel gibson's children to authenticate the angry notes mel gibson left on her answering machine.
I first contacted kent in the late summer of 2011, but then i still trying to convince law enforcement to do the comparison themselves. By january 2012, i had given up law enforcement. I sent my call to kent; a loud call from new jersey; a signal on blogtalkradio that sounded like a fly swatter; and an interview with ron brynart.
The following quote is from kent gibson's declaration sent to me on february 25, 2012:
In this case, the following files were submitted for evaluation : the tag names for the four entries you are looking for are in bold. [Y] represent calls in two swat hoax cases, one of these is about patrick frey, and someone is about mike stack [man from new jersey - approx. Ed.].

Conclusion. Taking into account all the evidence presented, my forensic scientist believes that it is likely that all the documents of the voice belong to the same person. , Is the voice of the person i called. A phone call that could have killed me.
Conversation thoughts
The one you just read is a summary. I lived it daily - practically every day - for almost a year. There is evidence that i have not been able to include. There is so much evidence of harassment that it will take you weeks to read about it.
Moreover, i know that the proposed post will lead to more harassment. I will almost certainly be sued, despite my diligent attempts to stick to the facts. I'm sure there will be more complaints about my position.
And i feel like they'll find creative new ways to try and tear my life apart.
However, i heard brett kimberlin in court saying that he regularly clashes with congressmen. My job is to make sure these congressmen know what they're doing.
I appreciate the support i felt most recently, with the kind of people like michelle malkin, instapundit, stacey mccain, ace and a number of others stepping up and become ready to tackle this topic.
I believe that the support of the blogosphere will not be lost after the present. For the reason that the pursuit will almost certainly last.
This is an important battle. And my purpose is to emphasize that this is not going to be a partisan question. I believe that brett kimberlin uses leftist politics as a tool, however, internally, his use does not believe in either one of these. He's looking for a dollar. I was inspired by the song that using the services of the past, leftists of various stripes opposed this guy from mark singer, author of citizen k; to ken ashford, who did not want to reveal the identity of aaron walker; leftist lawyer who represented aaron pro bono.
I believe leftist blogs recognize that this is not a partisan issue. A real free speech issue.
Remember how i said that one of my commentators was exposed? And any cinematographers and special effects people talking about his parents? And his divorce papers? When you were my commentator?
What happened to me could literally happen to anyone. It could have happened to you too.

A few weeks ago i came home one evening and two cops were roaming my spine (small surprise, i've never seen a cop here... Ever). So i went to read what happened and was told that there would be an emergency call, that the mature lady was in some kind of difficulty, and that the call was coming from my house.
the only problem is the following i do not have an elderly woman at home who did not come to visit, and no elderly woman lives nearby. After a little discussion, we decided that this must have been a prank, and they moved on. And i told them that i would let them know if i heard anything that would help them. I am the financial world picture. Online so that someone gets in trouble (and i live in a very small town…where if something happens, the whole town will know about it without wasting much time).
I think that this is probably just a coincidence (since it hasn't bothered me at all since), but curious in light of pat's experience.

Fwiw, not so long ago my son had a similar situation while on patrol. They received a notice from the dispatcher about an armed robbery with a very good description of the defendant armed with a gun. He and his partner responded, saw a man matching the description and approached him in the proper manner with weapons at the ready and told him to put his hands up. He slowly pulled his hands out of the pockets of his jacket, he was ordered again, and the risk obeyed.
It turns out that the call was fake, and this happened soon after another philadelphia officer was shot dead. And killed when a suspect fired a pistol at close range through his coat pocket. The person in question had a sister with my son in the philadelphia police who got a little lethargic when he realized how close he was to staying shot. Obviously, many who held a grudge against him reported a false report.
If this restriction were true, then my son and concrete partner could have been shot, since there was a window of several seconds until the guy had his hands in his pockets, plenty of time for a real armed robber to take advantage.

I'm pretty sure it was ron. I've been since the first time i heard it. Sounds the same. I felt it before i thought that ron brynart had shown so much malice compared to patterico's wife (a fly swatter must be kept in sight, putting her at serious risk). I felt it before i realized that only ron called patterico that evening, so only ron knew exactly what he was with the family, for a short while our hackers did not speak on the phone, when, i think, he hit patrick, then ron again phone to understand the implications). I thought it was ron before i realized that ron was actually involved in brett kimberlin's war against aaron and seth. I can't think of anyone who repeated brett's false claims as often as ron did as if they were true.
And very soon after the hit, ron started acting like a lunatic. There is no other word for this. He denied patterico's messages, and the tweets were from patrick himself. He got bullshit. I think he was afraid that he would soon be caught and hoped to build a limited defense. Months passed, he snapped, and now his application is not crazy. And he still viciously slanders kimberlin's enemies.
One drawback is that ron often pretends to help the person (for example, on the night of the slam, in case he claimed to give opportunity to patrick, or later when he said he was helping aaron) that he is actually trying to smear, and more often than not he is pretending to be an enemy with someone he is in russia with.
But the voice comparison... I always find it convincing. This is incredibly similar to ron.

Uh, definitely this is something worse, in that unlike gates (who broke into a separate dwelling) or the hypothetical driver of the hapmobile, there were real incidents where it was reasonable to assume that a crime could have been committed. This swat was done out of pure malice by someone who sought to destroy another person for the crime of such an insult. And just as we learned from the oscar grant incident in oakland, even cops who don't technically produce anything illegal or indecent make fatal mistakes.
